First time I had been to Honest-1. It was for an oil change via their VIP program. Very fast service and the waiting area is outstanding. Their VIP program is a very good value.

My first time coming here but I will definitely be back. Great service. Very impressive.

chris was able to get my car appt set up right away in deep-freeze weather when my car wldnt start and required possible tow serv. i was quoted $39 for a diagnostic test. after all was said and done, i was charged only $33. yes, not a huge diff, but the front desk found a coupon for me on their own. THANK U! p.s. this is my 3rd car visit w/in the last 9mo's and each appt i have been pleasantly-treated and taken good care of.

had a tail light malfunction... turns out it took about an hour.... but the problem was not fixed... returned later that day and it was fixed within 10 min and done correctly so... they made it right.. the only question i had was did it not occur to him to 'test' it?

This is a most excellent place of service. Very good work is done in a very timely manner. The staff is courteous and friendly. The waiting area is well-stocked with amenities to keep both the adult and the child from being bored.
