My first time there, they did some work, recommended another $1000 of work, so, i asked if it would be all good then, and they said yes. Get a call the next day, saying it is another $800 ontop of that, to get something else fixed that is very important that they need to do. Instead of telling me it all up front, they incrementally did the work and offered more and more cost. So, i went somewhere else. Just came back for a oil change with a coupon, and they asked if i wanted anything else. So, i said "Sure, if you can do a tire rotation real quick, that would be great" The guy said okay. I was greeted to a $15 charge for this tire rotation, that a lot of other places do for free with oil changes, AND the place i bought the tires from also give it for free. I did not know it would be a charge, and was never told it would be a charge. Upon receiving the information, I questioned him and his response was "You should have asked, its not my job to tell you what costs money when you ask for it" Thats BS and terrible customer service.
