Great, friendly service. I dropped my car off for an oil change and it was done within an hour. They recommended that I change my airfilter but said that it wouldn't need to be done until next oil change, most shops would've pushed to have this done right away. Gave me a free car wash voucher, a snack on the dashboard and my girlfriend dropped her phone in the parking lot which they found and returned!

I just moved to the area and decided to use Honest 1 since they are so close to my home. Everything was very straight forward and easy. I only had an oil change but I was happy with the process- I did not get pestered about adding this and that, it was just an oil change like I asked for. I was in and out in 15-20 minutes. They are respectful and professional. The waiting area is impeccably clean and well laid out. I will continue to take my vehicle to Honest 1 in the future!

My first experience with New Brighton Auto Repair was very positive. The service was fast, the price was reasonable, and the work was done correctly. I will be using them again.

They fixed the problem that I come in with and told me what they and charged me very little for the fix. They also found a bad ball joint and called me and explained the problem which I told them to go ahead and fix. My car is 13 years old and when they get that old things start to break and by finding the problem before it broke they prevented me from having a problem later on the road miles from help.
