My car was repaired faster than projected thanks to dropping my car off the night before. Having a car to borrow made it possible to conduct my normal daily routine without the hassle of being without a car. Thanks for the great work.

I received excellent service at the New Brighton center. The manager and car tech did a great job with the repairs neede for my auto.

Clean, comfortable and efficient. I am not sure what else I could ask of a scheduled oil change. In and out timely WITH a free car wash and snacks for the ride home. SERIOUSLY! Beyond that, Jeff, the manager, is friendly and honest about what my car needs to keep me moving -- not make him rich! I'd give these guys 10 stars if I could! If I haven't made myself clear, yet... They even update my CarFax profile with the service performed. Someday when I sell my car this could equal FREE service for the added value I might receive. AWESOME! Now, keeping it real, no shop is perfect. When my 18 year old daughter recently ran our Jeep in to them, she felt degraded by the person helping her. When I called into the shop I found it was a "new guy" I hadn't dealt with before and he was difficult to communicate with. I didn't see him around on this visit! This shop truly tries and corrects what they need to in order to get it right. That is my experience, anyway. I will have my daughter give it one more try, next time she is back from college.

If they can they will physically show & explain to you the issue. Always adds more credibility when an auto shop does this.
