Always helpful crew. Was able to squeeze me in im the last minute for an oil change. I am a long time customer and enjoyed the friendly and quality service.

Fixed an issue on the first try that New Brighton Ford hadn't figured out after bringing the truck back three times for the same issue. Quick service too. Had my truck back the next day. All of this with a 3 year/ 30,000 mile warranty, what else is there to say.

Friendly, but need to let customers know about parts that need to be replaced before they do it. Also, they need to have the work order correct and confirm with the customer. Lastly, they need to let the customer know when the car is done and ready to pick up.

5 stars! Excellent service. Took the time to show me and explain what exactly was wrong with my car. It wasn't necessary to repair the car immediately but I did. Fast, reliable service. Friendly staff in the front and back of the shop. I'll be back for my next repair.

Great people amazing service

Well I realize the weather has been bad and business is very busy. I brought the car in Mon and did not get it back till Thurs. I was the person calling to find out the progress and when it would be done. Received the car and wipers where not installed. Will need to make another apt after the holidays. I really like going to Honest One but this time it was longer than I expected. WE were lucky we had an extra car to get us back and forth.

Problem similar to weak/dead battery; clicking starter, sporadic electrical hiccups. Had original dealer investigate problem while still under warranty - nothing found. Warranty expired, problem worsened. One hour of diagnosis and problem completely resolved at Honest-1. Not a bad starter ($300+), but a bad ground connection. Out the door for considerably less.
