Bryan Rademacher has never failed to offer excellent customer service. He does a thorough inspection and has helped me to prioritize what needs to be done based on importance and overall expense. I appreciate that he shows me exactly what he is referencing when my car is making odd sounds. Would recommend to all of my friends, everytime.

I normally don't leave reviews, however I had such a positive experience with this company I felt inclined to do so. There are so many auto repair shops in the Twin Cities, it's hard to know with certainty which auto repair shop will do the best job for the best price! After I visited Honest 1 in New Brighton and had the pleaseure of dealing with Mark Burge, I know with certainty where to bring my vehicle from now on. Mark Burge was very helpful answering all my questions, was knowledgeable of what he was talking about, he even included the mechanic who worked on my car in our discussion so I felt comfortable with who would be working on my car. My entire experience there was much better than any other auto mechanic I've gone to in the past! The establishment was clean the employees were professional, and the pricing was extremely fair! This was my first time going to Honest-1 with one of our vehicles. I needed to have my breaks replaced and after calling the dealership and finding out they were over a month out for appointments, I decided to give Honest-1 a try. I called on a Thursday afternoon and they were able to schedule me for an appointment Saturday morning. They kept me well informed of the process and cost so there were no surprises. I will be coming back to Honest-1 in the future with any car issues our family ends up having. They have a great friendly staff!
