Honest 1 is AMAZING!! They really went above and beyond to help me service my vehicle!!!! Thanks to Mark and his friendly, 'get it done with a smile' customer service, and all the guys in the back helping explain the repairs to me; They helped turn a not so pleasant breakdown on my car, into an easy, caring and very professional, overall great experience. My car is happy too! :) I will be sending my family, friends, and co-workers to your store for all their vehicle's services. Thank you again, Honest 1!

Very impressed from my first service from Honest1 in New Brighton. Same day turn around. Good communication of the problem, and info on other service considerations that made sense. Price was as expected, which is not to say 'cheap', but Jeff found a way to reduce the diagnostic charge (50 %), which was appreciated. I will be a repeat customer.

They actually seem pretty honest and prices are pretty good. I've only gotten oil changes tho.

Great place to have auto work done. I've been there before for several repairs/maintenance. This visit was to simply patch a leaking tire. They took me right in and in 30 minutes I was on my way.
