I bought a car and stopped by for an inspection. Had a guy there named Kossi check it out and he gave me great recommendations. They had snacks and drinks and the service is above and beyond. Highly recommend for professionalism, strong work ethics and overall great service.

I have been going to New Brighton ford for the past 5 years, after 3 visits for the same issue I decided to try someone new. I was referred to honest-1 by my parents and glad I ended up there. My mechanic was Trevor Gavin and he fixed the misfire on my truck the first time and was very knowledgeable with any questions that I asked. They were all very easy to work with and made my experience as smooth as possible. I will be going here for my future repairs.

Great service. Clean and inviting facility where you can comfortably wait for your vehicle. Prices seem reasonable for a full synthetic oil change and tire rotation.

Coolant flush today nice job reasonable cost. Friendly folks at front desk and they got me in same day. What I really noticed was the paperwork. Nice tech notes about the procedure. This is a very good flush especially for the money. First put in a system cleaner and let circulate then using a flush machine keep flushing until clean. Not all coolant changes are created equal and I was impressed how they do it. This was my first visit and it was a good first impression.

We brought our car in, and they did an awesome job in a timely manner. Plus, they gave us a loaner for free!
