New Brighton Auto Repair

My family has had an unfortunate run of luck on a couple of vehicles in the last few months. A couple of months ago was my first time using Honest-1. They lived up to their name: when I walked in and told them what was going on, they said "if you really want us to do a diagnostic, we can, but XYZ is what's wrong." They didn't try to get me in just to charge me for a diagnostic - quite the opposite. Once I asked them to work on it, they called around town for the best price on the parts I needed, let me make the choice out of several options, and the total bill was certainly reasonable. There was a minor remaining issue after we got the car back and when notified, they got it fixed very quickly (and obviously at no cost). On the second vehicle, they permanently fixed a problem I'd paid someone else to fix a year ago who apparently just put a band-aid on it. I can't recommend them enough!

With our old neighbor working at the Garage in New Brighton and you less than a mile away from our current address I had hoped it would be a reasonable experience and I am very pleased with the work.

They went above and beyond. I would absolutely refer people to them for car repairs. Thank you!!!

Awesome job on complimentary brake inspection. They even ended up doing a minor repair for me at no charge.

Once again, I am blown away! Service was excellent, staff was friendly except the guy who took my car when I got there was a little short and seemed confused on why I would bring my car in, instead of somewhere else, I think he was just having a bad day!! It’s like I tell my husband, it’s not always about the price, it’s about the service you get that keeps me coming back. They were able to get my car looked at and fixed the same day, which I was NOT expecting. Trevor, even stayed later then he was scheduled to finish it, that’s dedication, when I wouldn’t of cared if he had gone home at the end of his shift. Now, I’ve been there twice in the last 2 weeks....with the luck I have it’s good to have a place to go!!

All services whew explained, maintenance schedule looked at as well as past recommendations; existing problem was assessed and suggestions made. Oil Change was done and all explained. I highly depend on H1 to be honest as to what I need and services given since I am an elderly woman without kids to help me with my car. I know I pay more here then most places charge for some things, this I don't mind to have peace of mind on having a dependable car.

The cost of the repair was higher than I expected. However, the employee at H-1 Auto Care showed me what had to be done. I agreed that the repairs were needed. The car seems to be working okay. I'm paying one car payment now, so I didn't want to be paying another car payment at the present time. I like my 2004 Chevrolet Aveo.

Great staff! Didn't charge me extra fees. They were straightforward and clear about what's going on with my vehicle and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend them!

Awesome, friendly, fast and professional,will definitely use again if I need too or even for regular maintenance! Jeff was amazing, explained everything very clearly, so my son and I understood.
