New Brighton Auto Repair

We have been coming to Honest 1 literally since the day they opened in New Brighton. We had been going to the one in Roseville but this was so much more convenient. They have worked on four of our cars now, and helped us squeak more miles out of our 1997 RAV4 than we thought possible. They don't pressure you for more work, but do keep records on what they've done and what could/should be done in the future, but it's always up to us. They honor their guarantee and have had to re-do some work when a part they installed failed for whatever reason. Plus a free car wash across the street isn't a bad thing!!!

Great service. My car was repaired the same day that I had called to schedule an appointment. Brakes and rotors were replaces in 1 1\2 hours. Staff was friendly and professional.

Honest-1 was very accomodating. Easy to set up a appointment and quick to do quality work. The price was excellent also.

Yesterday May 17 I arrived for my appt for a coolant flush. A few days before on the phone I was quoted $102 and I had a $30 coupon they had mailed to me a few weeks before. It was completed faster than expected and the paperwork said no charge after coupon! It turns out they changed my oil and filter instead. So in the end, very nice of them to change my oil for free but it was not the service I booked. They did say my coolant looked pretty good and battery was very weak, I appreciated the inspection and replaced battery this morning.

We were anticipating a busy day and made an appointment for 4 oclock PM but we finished hours earlier and approached the check-in counter and asked if we could get earlier service.We were worked in and received excellent service a couple of hours before our scheduled time,andthe work was preformed perfectly. We most certainly will be back for automobile service again.

Good reliable clean service. They take good care of my aging mother's car, and my aging mother too for that matter.

Very pleased with the service from the staff at Honest One in New Brighton. The mechanic Trevor was a great help and went above and beyond for my oil change in terms of checking out my dash lights and explaining the meaning of each and why they had gone off . The oil change was very quick and efficient which is greatly appreciated.

Staff was organized and very professional. Good work!!!!!
