The people at Honest-1 were friendly and prompt. they took my car in just as scheduled. they checked few other things in addition to oil change. it was a quick service. I recommend taking your car there.

We had ruptured, rusted brake lines replaced. A loaner car was not available but I was shuttled to and from home. Price was more than expected but the rust is horrible under the vehicle. All in all a good job with good service. The only negative comment is when you walk in it is like someone's favorite aunt just died - you'd think it was a mortuary instead of a repair shop. Lighten up - smile, it will bring return customers.

Excellent service

Overall I was pleased. The service was done well and in a timely fashion. The only issue I had was for about 5 min after initially driving the car the interior had a strong gas/oil smell. I almost came back in the store to address it, but eventually the smell went away. so I'm not sure what the issue was?

good service at reasonable cost. I like their receipt, really documents the service well vs. other service providers. The only reason not 5 stars was how my car was aggressively revved during the service. I understand that almost all modern cars have rev-limiters in neutral so you can't go over redline, but I'm not the habit of doing that to my car. They have a flush machine, I don't understand the need to do that during a flush service.

Took my vehicle in for an A/C recharge. I got a quote before taking it in and found them to be inline with other garages. When I payed my bill it was actually $50. Woo Hoo! Very happy with how the A/C is performing.

Best auto shop by far! Nothing like most other places that try to add a bunch of stuff on and charge you more. The manager Jeff was extremely helpful and even suggested how to find coupons off. With the fail of doing so, he checked to see if anything was still under warranty. We found that it was in fact under warranty and even though the part that they had ordered wasn't covered Tyler the owner then still waved the fee on the part AND the other service we had done that weren't supposed to be covered. And our $1,000 bill we though we were going to have to take a hit on was covered! If I could give them 10 stars I would! I'm never going anywhere else for auto needs again!
