The staff, including front desk and mechanics, were so helpful today! They were able to squeeze me in, short notice on my way home from work, for a minor problem that they solved in just 10 minutes. They did a great job of explaining what the issue was and how they were going to solve it. I would definitely recommend this company, and I’ll be back the next time my car needs any work done - routine maintenance or otherwise. Thanks for providing quality work!

Super positive experience with Honest-1 Auto Care in New Brighton. Highly recommend them for their great customer service and for having a nice place to wait for an oil change or quick repair to making loaner cars available for a longer repair. Jeff was awesome, he was easy to work with and he dealt with the extended warranty company so I didn't have to. Kudos, Honest-1 New Brighton!

Recently took my car in to get a wheel alignment, and I was charged a additional hazardous waste fee. After receiving my complaint, the service manager Brad quickly reached out to me to apologize and resolve the issue and even gave me a free oil change. Great customer service and very professional. Will definitely go back to Honest-1 Auto Care for my future car repairs and will recommend it to anyone.

Thank you for taking care of an out-of-towner needing help on a short notice. Shop and office were impeccably clean. Customer service was great, knowledgeable, and honest to tell me that I didn’t need immediate repair to drive back home... and then not change me for it. I was impressed and would recommend them! Had an appointment at 10, got there 1/2 hour early and they got me in right away.They checked what I thought was wrong, and no surprises until they started to work on it. The more they took apart the more problems they found. (All problems were legit as it is a 21 year old car). It took more time than originally thought, so the gave me a a ride home, and came and picked me up when they were done. They informed me of everything they wanted to do, and explained why.I spent more money than I thought I was going to at first, but now am confident I won't be stranded in the middle of winter on the side of the road. This is the second car I have had them work on, and am satisfied again. I will be a returning customer.
