I've always been on the fence about taking my car into any shop but after my experience with Brad, I dont think I'll want to go anywhere but here! Brad was knowledgeable, kind, and was completely transparent and honest about what my oldsmobile needed and the costs associated with it. Justin did great work on my car and Brad provided the BEST service, without a doubt. Thanks to him, Honest-1 has a new loyal customer and I will be referring everyone I know to Brad at this location. Thanks for being the bees knees, guys :)

I was stuck in the area and needed to drive back to Wisconsin that evening. My car wasn’t heating properly and the outside temps were well into the negatives. Jeff and the team there took my car in as a walk-in appointment and completed the job in a few hours, even though they were busy. They were able to order new parts, get them shipped in, and install them. It was a little expensive, but due to fast nature of their work, I think it balanced out. I was able to get back in time. Thanks for a great job!

Since I found Honest-1 in New Brighton, Brad and his team are doing a great job. First time I took my BMW and they fixed whatever needed to be fixed; the second time I took the BMW and Lexus for oil change and filters. Soon I will be taking a Mustang. This is the place to go!

My wife and I were at the grocery store. When we came out, the car would not start. We got it towed to Honest-1. We expected that they would not be able to look at it until at least the next day but the checked it right then and replaced the battery. Friendly, prompt service. Thanks guys!

As a repeat customer, I've come to trust the diagnosis and honest assessment of what's a necessary fix, something to watch, or if it's not bothering you, then no worries because it won't affect anything else.
