I've had only basic maintenance tasks done here, but the techs do a very thorough multipoint inspection. I'm informed of upcoming mechanical issues and potential repair costs without pressure to repair them immediately. The on-site master tech is very good about explaining the relative importance of any potential repairs and ensuring that specific requests are fulfilled. Their shop labor rate is about average for certified technicians, so I'll probably go back for other repair work.
