Popped in for a new vehicle inspection. They got me in and out within about 30 min and was priced so much less than I had expected. I really appreciated the email with full details about what was done. I can now fully enjoy my new vehicle and I will certainly be returning for my oil changes and anything else I may need in the future.

Ryan was great at giving me the coupon discount even though I didn't have the paper coupon. He was also helpful in educating me on how to get reimbursed for a manufacturer's warranty. My entire family has been coming to this shop for 8 years.

Honest-1 provided me with a fantastic experience! The technical work was quality, but equally important was the customer service. Ryan and the staff were able to get me in right away and asses what was wrong with my car almost immediately. A huge perk is the loaner car program. It's sometimes hard to arrange a ride, or coordinate someone dropping you off and picking you up at work while your car is being repaired. At Honest-1, you don't have to worry about any of that. It is a HUGE convenience to drop off your car for repair and continue on your daily schedule with one of their loaner cars. They don't fix anything that doesn't need fixing, they are efficient and the prices were reasonable. Thanks Honest-1!!

Thank you for your excellent service. I really appreciate the vehicle report explaining all the inspections that were done. It showed the completeness of the work and observations of the condition of my car. This was my first visit as I am from out of state. But when in the area, I will definitely return.
