Friendly and fast

We have been taking our cars to Honest 1 in New Brighton for the last 3 years. They are always friendly and courteous. They are able to give you a loaner if needed. They have always been up front about what repairs are needed and what can wait a bit. They give you a very accurate quote. I would definitely recommend them!

everything was well but I did not like the fact that there were hidden charges that I was not informed of. I brought my car in telling them what was wrong and they said they would check it out for me. but little did I know that they were doing an inspection which costed me almost $120 that I was unaware of. They didn’t tell me I would be charged for something I didn’t ask for, until everything eas already done.
