1st time visiting this shop - Just needed an estimate on an exhaust system. Front desk employee told me the inspection took about 10-15 minutes. And then said it took him an hour & 15 minutes to complete the estimate. So why not send me on my way after inspection & just email or call me with the results. (Estimate included 3 other repairs) What a complete disregard for my time. Great clean waiting room - super fancy print out of your repairs for the vehicle but , poor customer service. Will not be back. Thanks for looking at my vehicle - I guess…….

I was bringing my car into Honest1 for a rather expensive preventative maintenance job that another shop had recommended I do soon. Upon bringing my vehicle in, I had asked if they could inspect that area first, and give me their opinion on it, and they said absolutely. It didn't seem like it was something I needed to have done as it's usually part of a 100,000 miles maintenance, and I had it done about 40,000 miles ago. They called me a couple hours later and told me that it looked like it was in good shape, and that they didn't see any indication that I needed to do that, which was very honest of them! I still had other things I wanted to address with the car, and had the team at Honest1 begin to take care of those for me. I would recommend, and I'll be bringing my car back there. Thank you

I went there for a general maintenance review which is Free for AAA members. Staff said they didn't know about the free service. They were going to charge me $30 until they went online and checked the AAA SITE. I got my free maintenance check which was done well. Staff was friendly and waiting room was clean & comfortable.
