New Brighton Auto Repair

Honest 1 New Brighton has always done great work on my Suburban. They diagnose issues and give me a list of issues so I can decide what work I want them to do and what work I can do myself. They diagnosed my bad transfer case that two other shops missed which they will be replacing for me eventually. They replaced the Axle seal, removed and replaced throttle body screw (I broke). They could have said I damaged the manifold after tightening the throttle body screw too tightly, but they didn't. They are HONEST and they stand behind their work for THREE years. I have only seen shops warranty their work for two years. Some shops don't warranty any work. And every time they do work on my car, I have had a loner vehicle to drive. I just keep the loner car clean, replace the gas I used and pickup my vehicle with the comfort of knowing the work was done correctly. Now my family brings their cars and trucks to this Honest 1 location. It's further out than the St Paul location, but they have proven themselves to be very trustworthy. I work hard for my money and know it is well spent here. Jeff, Joe, and Technician Trevor, you guys are awesome!! A well-kept vehicle can save lives.

I appreciate the honest estimates I get from Honest 1 in New Brighton. They stand behind their work, they communicate, and I get great service on my vehicle that they warranty for 3 whole years. Where else do you get a warranty like that?? Thank you, Jeff, Joe, and Technician Trevor!!

Great place. Professional and thorough.

Very professional. Excellent communication. No nonsense and no fishing for unnecessary repairs. Gave me the straight talk on the condition and needs of my car. Never had a bad experience here and always appreciate the free car wash ticket. A satisfied and repeat customer.
