Hi Abiy- we don't have any record of you scheduling service with us or providing you with a quote for service. We're VERY confident we are competitive with any apples to apples quote and in most cases can match a written quote if we can't beat it!

Hi Brian- we would have been happy to perform a tire rotation with your oil change if you had asked for it when your son dropped your vehicle off with us. When you returned to demand the tire rotation, all our bays were already filled with other customer vehicles. We would have been happy to perform the tire rotation for you if you could have brought the vehicle back when we had an opening. We apologize for any miscommunication on our part!
