Honest 1 has always been my very good choice of auto repair for my 2009 Toyota Scion. Last night my car battery died in a parking lot. I didn't know what to do so I called Honest 1. Although they don't do towing themselves, they went the extra mile and gave me the number of Northeast Towing Service who came quickly, did their work and took me home. Once again, I am happy with the personal service they provide including good work and reasonable prices.

Pretty solid experience. Joe was easy to work with, did a good job explaining the work needed, and the work was done quickly and the car doesn't feel like it's going to fall apart anymore. Loaners are a great perk as well
