Great service, will be back

I valued the personal service Honest-1 gave me. They understood my situation of having kids at home without the family vehicle and did their best to assure I had it when I needed it. They initially had the wrong part delivered to them and one of the people drove out to White Bear Lake personally to get it so the car would be fixed in time for me to pick up my children. The kids play area is a great feature for families!

Quick and reliable service! Very pleasant people and a nice waiting room to keep you busy! Did a matenience check and received a quote for future tune ups! Great price as well!

This is the first time in my life that I love a mechanic shop. Since they fixed an electrical problem for me yesterday until now I have told everyone I met about them. I'll start from the beginning. It's located in a nice strip mall and there's plenty of parking spots. From outside the shop looked small so I was walking to it with the impression that the store front will be as small as a two-chaired barbershop. It took me a minute to start seeing what's going on inside..shocking! High ceiling, marble counters, stylish and professional tiling. Jeff was on his computer behind the counter but to my surprise Bruce, who is my customer, was on the computer next to him. They both greeted me very kindly and were excited to help me. I'm sorry to stereotype but these guys don't have the typical mechanic personality. I mean they are very customer service and care oriented. I explained to Jeff the problem and after filling out a small paper I gave him the key. Jeff asked if he could show me around! Absolutely. He showed me the workshop..it's in mint condition, spacious and organized. Then he should me another seating area with and ultra high deluxe furniture and TV. If you like to get online there is a brand new computer sitting on a beatiful desk and a comfy leather chair. If you like to do some work privately there is a one-person room with a desk and a fax machine and printer are being added to it. If you like video games there's a room dedicated to that with a playstation and a nice TV. If you have kids there's a dedicated play room with lots of toys and I think I saw some books as well. I was so blown away That I started worrying about my bill! Jeff then called me and told me that the problem was a lot easier than I thought. I went to pick up the car and I was shocked from how reasonable my bill was...blown away again. Jeff and Bruce, you and your place gave me at first the feeling that I got from the BMW of Minnetonka but then surpassed that with your service and real care. I promise I won't take my vehicles anywhere else. You leave me no reason to. Last but not least, if I could leave a 10 star review I would. Excellent job everybody, excellent job and thank you.

Excellent, customer friendly, accommodating, timey

Excellent work. Had the car done when promised. Offered a loaner car, which I did not need since I live right up the street. I feel more confident having you fix my car then some of the others I called. I love the 3 year warranty!

What I asked for and good friendly service.

The only complaint I have is that I waited an hour for an oil change. If you have an appointment I thought it would be done faster.

Recare they all showed to the customers was something i have never experienced. They listened and truly cared about the concerns I had. I felt no pressure and they were by no means pushy. Thank you!

Tony took the time to explain everything to me in very clear, understandable terms. I felt he was honest in his analysis of my car and he never pressured me to have work done, but rather shared his professional opinion and let me make the decision as to what to have done on my car.
