Hi Tony I want to thank you and your employees for the service I had last Saturday. I had a fire call and was running late and called and talked to Jeff, he said don't worry about it. Jeff took my information and I went and sat down and Jeff came back and told me about a leak I had on the transmission pan and said you should still be under warranty with the miles you have on your vehicle. So I took it in today to get fixed. I was telling people about this at work and the fire station so hopefully you get more business. Thanks again Tony and your staff.

My first time visiting Honest 1 Auto care was a very nice visit , the manager was very polite and nice , very helpful . While waiting for my car to finish my service I waited in there waiting area which is very impressive ! Nicer than some Doctor offices waiting areas !! So far I'm very satisfied .

Honest and straight forward service and people. They stood behind their offer to diagnose my Ford Windstar and found the issues. I know they spent more than an hour figuring it out, but only charged me the quoted 1 hour cost. Then gave me a fair estimate of the repairs costs. In the end their diagnosis found a problem that eluded the local Ford Dealer shop and finally fixed a problem that has lasted more than two years! I will definitely be using their services again!
