Great service, Dan the service mgr was friendly and very interested in what my car needed, i thought needed my tires needed rotating and he came out and told me they where still fine and can do it later, that was great news for me, how many auto repair shops tell you when you don't something done?

They took my van in on appointment and tried to solve A/C leak. Found out that required special work done by outside A/C troubleshooting technician. They found some resources that do mobile service at my residence but couldn't do that kind of work. Recommended dealership and finally did the work. Thanks to their great assistance with checking around for resources.

A little slow doing the repair, probably because of the small number of techs. Everything else was excellent.

Just an oil change on this visit. Prompt and fast service. I was in and out in no more than 30-40 minutes. Great customer treatment and service once again.

Very friendly and helpful service all around. I have had oil changes and one repair service done at the New Brighton Location. My experience's have been very successful. Service's have been done in a timely manner too. The part for my car that needed replacement seemed to be a little high priced for a remanufactured part compared to what the part sells for on line through NAPA. I believe this is where they buy their parts from. Anyways, that is he reason for the 4 star and not 5 star rating. Otherwise I have had satisfying experience's when I have used Honest 1's services. I would recommend them for sure.
